Schedule service online, arrived at dealer only to discover I was one week early but they advised they would work me in. Service was done in a timely manner and I was back on the road in no time. That’s customer service.

They got me in and out within 30 minutes, great customer service.

I recently purchased a key. Once it was programmed, I was made aware that my vehicle sounded rough. I was ok with them putting it on the machine. Was told that a spark plug was changed and later found out it wasn't. Picked my car up on a Friday, Saturday the same problem existed as before. That let me know I was charged for a situation that was not tended to. I feel like if it was put on the machine, then the problem should have been known and fixed but instead, it was not. I feel like I was overcharged. I was charged AGAIN for a problem that should have been caught from the beginning. They were going to charge me $400 for a problem that should have been fixed from the beginning if they had put my car on the machine as they said they had. I entrusted my car with you all because that's where I purchased my car from. I will no longer use your services for anything out of fear of getting cheated out of my hard-earned money and not having my car fixed.

Had an issue with the radio, called on a Monday, issue was fixed on Wednesday. Great people and great service!!
